Domesca is an online retail store and information site for furniture, accessories, and other items for the home. This document informs you about the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on our website. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
The price you pay for the products shall be the price stated on the site at the time Your Order is placed in accordance with these Terms. All prices shown on the website are correct at the time of display, however, we do not warrant that the site is error-free. We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time but once an order has been placed this price will not be altered for that order. Unless otherwise stated on the site, all prices for products are in United States Dollars. You can pay for Products using a debit card or credit card or using PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. We accept the following cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Discover, and American Express.
We aim to keep our products as affordable as possible and often distribute discount coupons and coupon codes through various channels for that purpose. Only one Discount coupon can be used per one order. When combining orders you cannot use multiple coupons. You are not permitted to add coupons retroactively to your order. Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions made available through the site may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Conditions. Unless otherwise stated in such Promotions’ rules, we reserve the right to terminate and change the terms of any such Promotions at any given time without prior notice.
We offer a 30-day return policy on everything purchased from Domesca.com. You may return any order within 30 days of receipt. Product(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging. Upon return, your item(s) will be inspected. A 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund. Shipping and handling charges will apply in cases where shipping was offered free of charge or at a discount on your original order. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
Note that returns are not accepted for final-sale items, special orders, mattresses and/or foundations no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below. Domesca reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
You may exchange your product(s) ordered up to 30 days after delivery. Shipping on your first exchange is free, but the product(s) that you are exchanging, must be of equal or greater value. All exchanges must be made with original product packaging and free of any damages.
Any order placed may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order without any fees.
Delivery is performed by sending the goods to an address specified by the customer. The customer warrants and represents that the complete and correct delivery address has been supplied with the order.
Orders will be delivered to the address that appears on your order within a reasonable time from the completion of the production and the quality checks.
Orders are usually shipped within 10 days from the date of confirmation of payment; however, there may be delays due to external factors. The time of delivery can vary depending on the destination. Please note that additional local taxes may be applied to shipments to locations outside of the United States.
We shall not be liable for delays in shipment due to faults of the carrier, and therefore these delays will not result in a refund of shipment cost, however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with respect to such delays in a timely manner.
Please be advised: all international shipments may be subject to customs regulation. Any related charges will be your responsibility. We can’t be held liable for incurred charges.
Once the package is shipped from a Domesca facility, it is no longer the responsibility of Domesca but the responsibility of the carrier. It is important that you enter your address correctly. We will not refund or exchange products that were shipped to an inaccurate address as a result of missing details. Shipping claims should be addressed within 30 days from the date of the shipping.
This option is typically a Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g. UPS, FedEx).
In-home premium delivery service
This option is our white glove delivery service. The package is delivered directly to the room of your choice in your home. Items are unwrapped and the packaging is removed by the delivery team. Assembly is included. Delivery up to 2 flights of stairs is included as well.
To ensure successful delivery, please make sure that all items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location. Please contact us for additional assistance in measuring your space. Please confirm that all items will fit in the desired space of your choice.
Most furniture items and select non-furniture items that qualify for in-home premium delivery include delivery inside your home, where our white glove delivery professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item and assemble and place it in your room of choice. Please note that we are unable to unpack or assemble lighting, and certain other restrictions may apply. For your convenience, all packaging materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.
Our delivery team is not permitted to move furniture currently in your home. Your room must be clear of any obstacles prior to delivery. This will give the delivery team a clear runway for a smooth and fast transaction.
An adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your delivery to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt. In the event of any defect or damage noted at the time of delivery, Domesca will replace the item or schedule a furniture repair technician to fix the issue at no charge to you. Clearance items, and close-outs are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special orders are processed the same day and sent out for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. Orders must be placed via the ordering system on the site. By placing an order you confirm that the data provided by you are complete and correct. You may change Your Order within 24 hours of submission to the Site. Any change requested to an Order after this time may be rejected by Domesca at its absolute discretion. If the Products are no longer available, even after the order has been confirmed, we will let you know. You may then order another Product from our Website or, if you wish, cancel the order. Any payment made will be refunded.
Unopened mattresses and foundations in manufacturers' packaging can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Mattresses and foundations cannot be returned once the manufacturer's packaging is removed.
Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates, and other information. All prices in our online store are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
The rights granted to You under this clause are in addition to and do not replace, any rights You may have as a consumer under relevant laws, including any consumer protection legislation applicable to Your purchase of the products.
If You discover a manufacturing defect in any products, You must notify Domesca immediately. If You return the defective products stating the manufacturing defect to Domesca, Domesca shall, at its absolute discretion replace such products. Domesca shall not repair or replace any products if it has not received the defective products back from You or if the defect was caused by misuse or mistreatment of the products.
Domesca shall not be liable to You for any loss of contracts, loss of income or revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of insurance cover. Domesca shall not be liable to You where the loss or damage results from information provided by You that is inaccurate, false, or misleading or that otherwise results from a breach by You of these Terms. Domesca shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, lock-outs, industrial action, war, disease, or fire.
