1. Order Processing Time

For your convenience, all of our orders are shipped with a tracking number making it easy for you to track your purchase!

  • Processing Days: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Weekends: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Product Specifics: Some products may take longer to process than others. More accurate shipping information can be found directly on the individual product pages.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shop with confidence, knowing that your order will be delivered securely to your home or business anywhere within the Continental USA. We partner with trusted national couriers, including UPS and Truck Freight, for all USA and international orders. The choice of the shipping provider depends on the shipping type as well as your location.

  • Standard Shipping Time: Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 days from the date of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote addresses might take an additional 3 to 4 days extra, depending on the location and transportation method.
  • Delays: While we endeavour to deliver goods within the timeframe stated by the carrier, you agree that we will not be liable to you for any damage, loss, or charges incurred due to the late delivery of goods caused by external factors or carrier delays.

3. International Shipping & Taxes

We ship internationally on all brands and furniture items purchased through Domesca.com. Please note the following terms for international orders:

  • Delivery Time: International deliveries usually require more time than deliveries within the United States.
  • Duties & Taxes: All international shipments are sent with duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient. Duties will be assessed by the importing country based on current laws governing imports. Additional local taxes may also be applied to shipments to locations outside of the United States.

4. Additional Shipping Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address provided is reachable and accurate to avoid delivery problems. Updating your address after making your initial order may cause shipping issues and lead to significant delays.
  • Direct Manufacturer Shipments: Items that ship directly from the manufacturer may take longer. In these cases, we will notify you immediately of the estimated delivery time and any other options available to you.
